At Leather Own, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return process.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Return:

Please contact us at support@leatherown.com before returning any items. Once approved, ship the item to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
